DESPATCH & DELIVERY:   *Normally we despatch within 3 working days of your order being processed, but please allow up to 7 days, especially at peak times (Sept-Dec).  

*A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address you give once your order leaves us. When you receive this, you can expect your goods within 1-2 working days. Please allow more time for offshore and remote areas.  

*Your order will need to be signed for. If no one is in our courier will leave a card and you MUST contact them directly to arrange re-delivery or they will return it to us. They will not leave goods with neighbours, therefore please ensure someone is usually available at the 'ship to' address you give. Goods will not be left without a signature.  

*SHIPPING ON UK ORDERS IS £6.99 *(UK MAINLAND ONLY)  

* Orders to the Northern Ireland are subject to a higher rate of £12.95 per consignment.
