Quotations

Please note that cardboard prices change all the time therefore all quotations given are firm for 14 days only. Please contact us to check your quotation price is still correct if you decide to place your order after the 14 days cut off time.

Plain Box/Printed Box Delivery

We can deliver anywhere in the UK. For deliveries outside the UK and to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney and Shetland Islands please contact us before you place your order. 

Delivery

Although we always make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, delays are occasionally inevitable and we have no control over it. Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed. The time of delivery shall not be the essence of the contract and any failure by us to make delivery on any particular date shall not entitle the customer to terminate this agreement or refuse the delivery or to claim for any expenses, loss of profits or other consequential losses whatsoever.

No contract will exist between us and the customer until goods are dispatched. Acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated at this time. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on receipt of payment and dispatch of the goods. If an incorrect address has been given to us with the order, we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred. In the unfortunate case of a product being lost in the post, we will seek compensation from our delivery company, and if they declare your order lost we will offer a full refund.

Right to Cancel

In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 working days following the day on which you receive the goods. Please be aware that bespoke/printed goods cannot be returned.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition. You should notify us by calling 0800 242 5052.  Send the securely packaged goods back to the Returns Department straight away using a recorded delivery service.

You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error).

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and the service we provide. If for any reason the goods you have chosen do not meet your approval, please return them to us within 14 working days, in their original packaging, and we will happily offer a full refund of the value of the goods.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order up to 24 hours before the requested delivery date. However, if we receive notice of your cancellation later than 24 hours before the delivery date, you may be too late to halt the delivery. To cancel your order if the goods have already been dispatched, you must notify our customer services team by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. If you cancel the contract you must send the item, unused and in its original packaging, back to our contact address and we will refund the value of the goods.

Damages

If the Goods are damaged the Purchaser should contact Bespoke Picnic Boxes within 3 days of receipt of Goods. Damaged Goods must be returned to our address, suitably packaged. Bespoke Picnic Boxes will replace or refund the items concerned.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Will do our utmost to investigate any complaints as soon as they are brought to our notice. We will endeavour to rectify any problems as soon as possible. Please note that the Purchaser is also welcome to contact Bespoke Picnic Boxes on any issue relating to their order on the contact telephone, fax or email listed above. Bespoke Picnic Boxes operating hours are from 09:00am GMT to 17:00pm GMT, Monday to Friday. 

Substitutions

Bespoke Picnic Boxes reserves the right to substitute any items included in hampers of similar or greater value, if for any reason those listed on the web site are unavailable. 

Alcohol

No persons under 18 years of age may place an order or receive Goods from Bespoke Picnic Boxes if the Goods contain alcohol. 

Force Majeure

Bespoke Picnic Boxes will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested delivery date. Bespoke Picnic Boxes shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.  


Food Hamper Delivery Information:

Where do you deliver?

Bespoke Picnic Boxes can deliver to most UK addresses, with the exception of:  Channel Islands, the Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man.

How much is the delivery?

UK Mainland:- £6.95 per gift.
Ireland (Republic & Northern):- £12.95 per gift.

Delivery charges include insurance in the unlikely event of damages.

Can you deliver on a Saturday/Sunday?

Regrettably we are unable to deliver on a weekend.

How quick can you deliver?

Most items can be delivered within 2 Working Days of placing the order. Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands may take an additional day or two to arrive.

We always endeavor to deliver on time however delays may occur that are outside our direct control.

What time will my order arrive?

Deliveries take place between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee an exact delivery time.

What if the recipient is not home? 

  • If the recipient is not at home the courier will either attempt redelivery the next working day (from 9am to 5pm), leave the parcel with a neighbour or leave the parcel at a local post office for collection.
  • All deliveries require a signature.
  • Please ensure all address details including house number and post code are entered correctly. Any delivery problems and redirections arising from incorrect address information have to be charged for.
  • If the parcel is not collected by the addressee after 14 days then it is returned to Bespoke Picnic Boxes. Thereafter, the Purchaser will incur a redelivery charge to deliver the Goods. The Purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need replaced (any perishable items).

Order Tracking

ParcelForce will send you an email containing your tracking number the day before your delivery is scheduled.
